Upholstery & Draperies in Mission Viejo

Inland Mission Viejo gets more heat and stronger sun than the coast, which is hard on patio cushions and on fabric near big windows. We choose materials for those conditions, so a new cushion keeps its color and shape.

From our nearby San Juan Capistrano workroom we reupholster furniture, make outdoor cushions and re-sling patio chairs, and sew draperies and shades for Mission Viejo homes.

Popular in Mission Viejo

Fabric that will not fade

Solution-dyed acrylics such as Sunbrella and Perennials are colored through the fiber, so they resist fading in strong sun. Outdoor foam drains and dries quickly after sprinklers or rain.

Keep the heat out

Lined draperies and Roman shades help block afternoon heat in west-facing rooms. Motorized Somfy shades close a whole room with one button.
